1. Joint General Manager – PMIS
Education: B.E./B.Tech Civil, Experience: 15 years post-qualification; 4 years in senior management/DGM-level role. 7 years in ERP/SAP/Project Management software.
2. Joint General Manager – Rolling Stock
Education: B.E./B.Tech ECE/EEE, Experience: 15 years post-qualification; 4 years in senior management/DGM-level role. Rolling stock operations, maintenance, design and commissioning experience.
3. Deputy General Manager – Finance & Accounts Education: Graduate/Postgraduate + CA/CMA Experience: 13 years post-qualification; 4 years in Manager-level/middle management role.
4. Manager – Finance & Accounts
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate + CA/CMA Experience: 7 years post-qualification; 4 years in middle management/Deputy Manager-level role.
5. Manager – Design
Education: B.E./B.Tech CivilExperience: 7 years post-qualification; 4 years in middle management. Minimum 5 years in Metro/large infrastructure projects.
6. Assistant Manager – Design
Education: B.E./B.Tech CivilExperience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification in junior management. Experience in Metro/infrastructure structural design preferred.
7. Assistant Manager – Transport Planning
Education: M.E./M.Tech in Transportation/Traffic/Urban Engineering Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification in junior management; experience in transportation/mass-transit projects.

Selection Process
- Stage 1 – Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend an interview to assess their knowledge, skills, comprehension, attitude and aptitude.
- Stage 2 – Medical Examination: Candidates who qualify in the selection process will undergo the prescribed medical examination.
- Stage 3 – Certificate Verification: Provisionally selected candidates must produce their original certificates and relevant documents for verification.
- Stage 4 – Shortlisting: Meeting the minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee an interview. CMRL will shortlist candidates based on the submitted documents and eligibility.
