- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Proficiency in the local language prescribed by the participating RRB is required, while working knowledge of Computer is desirable. No post-qualification experience is required.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates having a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy. Proficiency in the prescribed local language is required and working knowledge of Computer is desirable.
- Officer Scale-II – General Banking Officer: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant degrees such as Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy. Candidates must also have two years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II – Information Technology Officer: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University, with at least 50% marks in aggregate. A certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP, etc., is desirable. One year of relevant experience is required.
- Officer Scale-II – Chartered Accountant: Candidates must be a Certified Associate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). One year of experience as a Chartered Accountant is required.
- Officer Scale-II – Law Officer: Candidates should have a Degree in Law from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have two years of experience as an Advocate or have worked as a Law Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution for at least two years.
- Officer Scale-II – Treasury Manager: Candidates should possess a Chartered Accountant qualification or an MBA in Finance from a recognized University/Institution. One year of relevant experience is required.
